וַיַּ֨עַל דָּוִ֤יד וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ בַּעֲלָ֔תָה אֶל־קִרְיַ֥ת יְעָרִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר לִיהוּדָ֑ה לְהַעֲל֣וֹת מִשָּׁ֗ם אֵת֩ אֲר֨וֹן הָאֱלֹהִ֧ים ׀ יְהוָ֛ה יוֹשֵׁ֥ב הַכְּרוּבִ֖ים אֲשֶׁר־נִקְרָ֥א שֵֽׁם׃
און דוד און גאַנץ ישׂראל זײַנען אַרױפֿגעגאַנגען קײן בעֲלָה, קײן קִריַת-יעָרים װאָס געהערט צו יהודה, כּדי אַרױפֿצוברענגען פֿון דאָרטן דעם אָרון פֿון גאָט דעם האַר װאָס זיצט איבער די כּרובֿים, װאָס זײַן נאָמען װערט גערופֿן דערױף.

Dovid arose and went with all the people that were with him from Baalei Yehuda, to bring up from there the Ark of Elokim, whose name is called by the name of Adonoy of Hosts who dwells upon the Cherubim.
